What we do with your data
Last updated: 28 October 2026.
This page explains what data zustrolabs.com, its contact form, the «Ask Zustro» assistant, the Zustro Labs WhatsApp and Instagram messages use, what for and for how long.
Who we are
Zustro Labs is Jeremías Giglio’s studio in Rosario, Argentina. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
The website
- We don’t use cookies or ads, and we don’t build visitor profiles.
- Your browser keeps only one thing: whether you chose light or dark mode.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download them.
- If we count visits, we do it with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies.
The contact form
- It asks for your name, an email or phone number, what you need and your message. The page and language you wrote from are also noted.
- That data reaches us by email at [email protected]. The website doesn’t store it in any database.
- The email stays in our mailbox so we can reply. If you want us to delete it, just ask.
The «Ask Zustro» assistant
- To answer, your browser sends your latest messages in the chat. They are processed by Anthropic (Claude), the artificial intelligence service we use.
- We don’t keep the chat: when you close or reload the page, it’s gone.
- Technical logs only keep usage data, such as the language or how long the answer took, never what you wrote.
- Please don’t write personal data you don’t need to.
The Zustro Labs WhatsApp
- An artificial intelligence assistant replies. Your messages go through WhatsApp (Meta) and, to answer you, through Anthropic (Claude).
- What you write to the assistant is not stored.
- What we do store, on Cloudflare:
- your number, the language you chose and whether a person is attending you, for 90 days from the last change;
- the code of each message, for 1 hour, so we don’t answer it twice;
- how many assistant replies you got that day, for 2 days.
- If you type PERSON, we keep that chat for 30 days from the last message, so someone on the team can read it and reply. Only authorised team members can see it.
- Every day, whatever has expired is deleted.
- The internal email alert we receive includes neither your number nor what you wrote.
- If you type DELETE, we delete your number, the language, the chat and the counter.
Zustro Labs Instagram messages
If you send a direct message to @zustrolabs, the same applies as for WhatsApp, with these differences:
- Your messages go through Instagram (Meta) and, to answer you, through Anthropic (Claude). We don’t see your profile or your posts: only what you write to us.
- Instead of your number we store the code Instagram gives your account to talk to us, for the same periods. Photos, audio and stickers are neither downloaded nor read.
- If you type PERSON, we also keep your username, so the team knows who they are replying to, together with the chat, for 30 days.
- If you type DELETE, we delete all of that.
Where everything runs
The website, the form, the assistant, the WhatsApp and the Instagram messages run on Cloudflare, which also sends the email alerts. The [email protected] mailbox is on Zoho Mail. Some of these services have their servers outside Argentina.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. On WhatsApp you can also type DELETE.
