Since 2018 he has done one thing: make sure software does what it promises. He did it for banks and for the US healthcare system, where a mistake is expensive. By 2020 he was already giving talks on artificial intelligence and testing; today he applies that same discipline to what we build.

Origin
Žustro: quick, agile, sharp.
The name
In Croatian, žustro means quick and full of energy. It also sounds like Žustović, the surname of an ancestor of Jeremías who left Plomin, a village in Istria, for Rosario in the nineteenth century.
In March 2027 the studio moves to Rijeka, forty minutes from Plomin. The journey the family made, in reverse.
The checkerboard
The Z in the logo is 13 squares of a 5 by 5 board. As on Croatia's coat of arms, the first square is always red. And each square is a passing test: hence the motto.
